Why do only some products have an “add to cart” button?

The Marketplace allows you to compare thousands of appliances and products for energy efficiency. Many of the products without an “Add to Cart” button can be purchased from the retailers listed on the product page on the Marketplace. However, there are specific products such as LEDs and thermostats that are currently available for purchase directly from the Indiana Michigan Power Marketplace.
